by Steve Esser

Young Harris, GA (11/19/2025) — The Young Harris College Men's Soccer team won the Conference Carolinas Tournament Nov. 15, knocking the Trailblazers of North Greenville University out of the running in a 3-1 victory.

YHC will advance to the NCAA Division 2 Men's Soccer Tournament, where they will play Flagler College Friday in West Palm Beach.

"It's a great victory for the team and demonstrates the level of effort and commitment our players put in throughout the season," Dean Grey, head coach, said.

The Mountain Lions finished 14-1-3 overall, with an 11-1-1 conference record. They never lost on the road and had a five-game winning streak at one point, the longest in the program's history.
